Have A Fantas-Tee-Que Time On The Green

Golf is a rare sport, because it can be enjoyed by people from a few years old to grandparents. Most sports really frustrate young and older people, because they have to play under the same regulations as people in their prime. However, when playing golf, people will notice that there are different sets of tee boxes for professionals, men, women, seniors and kids. The tee boxes are adjusted by a professional, so everyone will have an opportunity to make par for that hole. However, many people become extremely frustrated with golf, because there are so many fundamentals being taught and there is so much equipment to learn about.

People, unless they want to be a professional golfer, should forget about all of the fundamentals and focus on their chance to play on such a nice course, while being surrounded by their friends or family. However, if people do want to learn the proper fundamentals, they should make it a fun task and not view it as a second job. Golfers hear all of this jargon about hitting down on the ball and taking divots, which creates a lot of confusion. However, hitting down and taking a divot is actually a natural occurrence, assuming the golfer has the right setup. The ball should be placed in the middle of the stance when using irons and in the front of the stance when using the driver.

When people learn to have fun on the golf course, they will find that their game will improve and that all of the technicalities will start to naturally occur. The only way that golf can be a miserable sport is if people take the game to seriously and begin to over-analyze everything they are doing. People should go out and enjoy themselves on the golf course, because most people do not get to play very often.
